Stuff to Serve with Crackers

Where's Waldorf?

3 large, hard, cored and chopped apples (do not peel)

Toss with 1/3 cup of lemon juice in a big bowl. Add:

1/2 cup of chopped, seedless raisins
1/2 cup of finely chopped walnuts
1/2 cup of finely chopped, unsweetened coconut

Toss well with the lemon juice and drain excess if necessary.
Add good old Kraft Miracle whip until the mixture is well coated. Chill and serve with crackers.

Guaca-who?

2 large avocadoes. seeded and peeled
2 little green onions with tails
2 cloves of garlic
1 generous tablespoon of lime juice
1 cup of chick peas, mashed

Toss it all in the blender and puree. If too thick and won't blend well, use a bit more lime juice. Use as a dip for crackers or taco chips.

Radisheesh!

1 cup of chopped radishes
1/2 cup of finely sliced scallions
Mix well with 1/2 cup of soft whipped cream cheese that 2 tablespoons of peppercorn ranch dressing has been added to. Chill before serving.

Tootie-Fruitee

! cup of sour cream
1 package cream cheese
3 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk
1 banana, peeled
juice and zest of one lime

Blend in blender until smooth. If mixture is too thick to blend well, add milk, a little bit at a time until very smooth and thick. Pour into chilled bowl. Add;

1 cup of chopped apple
1 cup of chopped pear
1/2 cup of chopped apricots
1/2 cup of chopped seedless raisins
1/2 cup of chopped seedless red grapes
1/2 cup of finely chopped salted peanuts

Toss until very well mixed. Serve very cold with crackers.

It's Berry Good with Cheese

1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup jellied cranberry sauce

Puree in blender. Use as a did for cheese cubes, fruit or veggie slices, crackers or just spread on toast.

Bananarama

6 bananas peeled
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup strawberry jam
Puree in blender. Serve cold on crackers.
