Easy Cherry Cream Muffins

1 cup flour
1 generous teaspoon baking powder
1 cup softened Black Cherry Ice Cream

Use mini-muffin tins. Line tins and fill 3/4 full with mix. Bake at 350 degrees F. for about 20 minutes or when the center is pressed lightly it springs back. ( I just grab one and give it a try. )
